Two Jefferson County Residents are Student Leaders at Lindsey Wilson University
Sabrina Ruiz is vice president of student body, David Williams is a senator at large in Lindsey Wilson Student Government Association.
COLUMBIA, Ky. (01/13/2026) — Two Jefferson County residents have leadership positions this school year at Lindsey Wilson University.
Sabrina Ruiz '26 of Louisville, Kentucky, is vice president of the Lindsey Wilson Student Government Association. This is the second consecutive year Ruiz has served as SGA vice president. Ruiz is an arts administration and theatre double major.
David Williams '28 of Louisville is a senator at large in the Lindsey Wilson Student Government Association. Williams is a business administration major with a marketing emphasis.
The Lindsey Wilson Student Government Association is responsible for coordinating student clubs and organizations, student development, and student leadership. In addition to serving as a voice for student concerns and needs, the Lindsey Wilson Student Government Association assists with planning, promoting and organizing student activities and community service projects.
