Lindsey Wilson College School of Business and Communication Touts Successes in Meeting with Advisory Board

'The School of Business and Communication is as strong today as it has ever been.'

COLUMBIA, Ky. (04/08/2025) — The Lindsey Wilson College School of Business and Communication welcomed members of the School of Business and Communication Advisory Board to campus Monday, April 7, for their spring meeting. Board members, who are professionals and graduates of the program, heard about the plethora of activities and events that have taken place in 2024-25 in the school, and advisory board members offered Lindsey Wilson leadership feedback on their academic programs.

"The School of Business and Communication is as strong today as it has ever been," said School of Business and Communication Dean Benson Sexton '04. "This is true because of its talented and mission-minded faculty who are invested in providing robust academic programs, mentorship, and experiential learning opportunities that prepare students for life after college.

Activities in the school include new academic programs, more opportunities for students to prepare them for professional careers, and a dozen presentations and achievements by the school's faculty at various groups and associations.
