Nearly 400 Area High School Students Attend College Fair at Lindsey Wilson University

Students from Adair County, Campbellsville, Green County, Russell County and Taylor County high schools take part in South Central Regional College Fair.

COLUMBIA, Ky. (10/03/2025) — Nearly 400 area high school students explored their futures on Wednesday, Oct. 1, at Lindsey Wilson University. The students were from five high schools who attended the annual South Central Regional College Fair, hosted this year by Lindsey Wilson.

Students learned about the college-application process, financial aid and also toured the Lindsey Wilson campus. The day also included a college fair in the Lindsey Wilson Doris and Bob Holloway Health & Wellness Center, which featured 31 postsecondary organizations and schools.

Students who participated were from Adair County, Campbellsville, Green County, Russell County and Taylor County high schools.

Lindsey Wilson University is a vibrant liberal arts university in Columbia, Kentucky. Founded in 1903 and affiliated with The United Methodist Church, the mission of Lindsey Wilson is to serve the educational needs of students by providing a living-learning environment within an atmosphere of active caring and Christian concern where every student, every day, learns and grows and feels like a real human being. Lindsey Wilson offers 28 undergraduate majors, five graduate programs and a doctoral program. The university's 29 intercollegiate varsity athletic teams have won more than 120 team and individual national championships.
